Product details
- Using a physical mechanism rather than toxic insecticides, it effectively immobilizes fleas, ticks, mites, and mosquitoes, making it the perfect choice for pet owners seeking a "bio" alternative for their furry friends. Beaphar Dimethicare Spray offers a breakthrough, non-chemical approach to parasite control.
- How It Works: The "Sticky Trap" Effect
- When sprayed, it creates a microscopic, sticky layer that acts like a physical trap for parasites. Unlike traditional treatments, Dimethicare uses Dimethicone (a type of silicone).
- Immobilization: Fleas, ticks, and lice are paralyzed instantly on contact.
- All Life Stages: Effective against adult fleas as well as larvae and eggs.
- Easy Removal: Once immobilized, parasites simply fall off the coat or can be easily brushed out.
- Key Benefits
- No Chemical Insecticides: Uses purely physical means to eliminate pests—well suited to sensitive pets.
- Duo-Complex Formula: Enriched with Aloe Vera to soothe the skin and nourish the coat.
- Long-Lasting Protection: offers a soothing and protective effect for approximately 8–10 days .
- Versatile: Safe for both dogs and cats aged 12 weeks and older.
- Instructions for Use
- Shake Well: Shake the bottle before application.
- Apply: Spray against the natural lay of the fur from a distance of about 10cm until the coat is slightly damp.
- Distribute: Spread the liquid using a comb or brush, or rub it in with gloved hands.
- Dry & Brush: Let the coat dry naturally, then brush thoroughly to remove any trapped parasites.
- Repeat: Reapply every 8–10 days or after bathing.
